Water park is an industry with strong seasonality, especially outdoor water park. The park is closed for 8-10 months in the north and 5-8 months in the south. What kind of state should the equipment be in during the rest period, or how to extend the service life of the equipment?
The water park equipment consists of glass fiber reinforced plastic slideway, steel structure, water supply and drainage pipeline system, power equipment and electrical system of the machine room, and other supporting facilities. The following will talk about the equipment maintenance during the park off period according to the composition of the water park equipment.
01 FRP slide
Although the resin used for making FRP slideway has good water resistance and good aging resistance, alkali free glass fiber is used, and the fiber surface has good wettability. However, proper protection during the off-season still has a positive effect on prolonging the use time of the slide. The specific steps are as follows:
Cleaning: after the park is closed, the water traces and foreign matters on the slideway shall be cleaned to avoid stains caused by long-term existence of water traces or foreign matters, which will bring difficulties to cleaning before the park is opened;
Inspection: comprehensively inspect the surface and interface of FRP, and make records and marks;
Cover: the outdoor slide is covered with canvas or rain cloth along the track of the open slide;
Patrol: regularly arrange personnel to patrol and remove water and foreign matters on the slide surface or canvas surface;
02 steel structure
The steel structure of the water park slide is composed of columns, ear plates, connecting beams, diagonal braces, brackets, keels, etc. refer to 7.4 / 7.7 of gb-8408.
Inspection: comprehensively inspect the welding seam of steel structure to see whether there is crack, rust and other phenomena;
Check whether the anti-corrosion coating on the surface of steel structure has rust;
Tightening: whether the connecting bolts of the steel structure are marked with anti loosening lines and whether the bolts are loose;
03 water supply and drainage pipeline system
Cleaning: after the park is closed, the filter tank is backwashed once, the hair collector is cleaned, and then the water in the pool is drained in time;
Drainage: after the park is closed, open the drain valve of the machine room pipe in time to drain the water in the pipe. The valve shall be regularly maintained to prevent rusting; At the same time, personnel shall be regularly arranged to check the water accumulation in the machine room and drain water in time;
Close: close the return pipe valve of the machine room pipeline after draining, and adjust other valves to the closed state;
04 power equipment and electrical system of machine room
Repair: arrange the maintenance of equipment in the machine room after the park is closed: for example, replace the mechanical seal of the water pump, check the pressure valve of the air compressor, and replace the switch;
Clean: clean the equipment surface of the machine room, drain the water in the machine room and keep the machine room dry;
Patrol: arrange personnel to patrol the machine room every day during the park closure period, especially in case of rainstorm, timely check whether the blowdown pump of the machine room operates normally, so as to avoid long-term water accumulation in the machine room and equipment flooding;
05 other supporting facilities
• to ensure safety, the water in all waters shall be drained in time after the park is closed;
• raft: check whether there is damage after the park is closed, exhaust in time, and store after drying;
• life jackets and some auxiliary facilities: dry and store them in time;
• all rope nets in the water stockade shall be dismantled, cleaned, dried and stored;
06 park reconstruction and upgrading
The closing period is also a good time for the transformation and upgrading of the water park. Now the competition between the water parks is increasingly fierce, and the renewal of amusement equipment and the continuous innovation of amusement projects are important reasons to attract tourists.
